• Pursuant to the constitution of the association, all positions on the committee are due for election every two years.
• Members are invited to nominate themselves, or other members provided they have such other members' approval, for the positions, using the attached form.
• Incumbent members, with the exception of the president, are permitted to nominate themselves for another term of office.
• Nominations will be posted on this website, on this page shortly after submission of nominations. (Nominations are now closed. They will reopen when the committee is due for re-election.)
• If more than 1 nomination is received for a particular position, the election will be decided by secret ballot of all members present at the AGM. If no nomination is received, the incumbent will be asked to serve an additional term. If the incumbent is unable to serve another term, then nominations will be sought from the members present.
